This depends. We think it's best to start working on the information that likely won't change much (e.g. your key personnel, qualifications sections, etc.) as early as possible. Once you find a viable RFP, we can restructure things for you, or let you take the reins.
Probably not. We prefer to set everyone up for success, which means giving you enough time for suggesting edits, and us enough time for incorporating those changes. This is a professional solution and we want to deliver something that will be future proof, speak to your average purchaser, and justify your pricing. Landing this trifecta takes a little time. Thank you for understanding!
Everyone is based in the US. We have two offices, in CA and TX, and prefer to only work on US-originating projects.
Yes! We help newcomers every day! TKS was actually founded to level the playing field within GovCon. Why should all of the largest firms get the majority of allocated funds? We have released a plethora of helpful articles, guides, and even free templates. You can find most of these on our social channels, or by visiting our blog, etc.
Once we receive your name and email, we'll quickly reach out to schedule an intro call. We'll discuss your business needs, timeline, which format would be best, and more. This helps us create the scope of our first engagement together. You'll receive the full scope of our first engagement via a 'development summary' file. This includes a flat rate quote and how long the quote is valid (usually 48 hours). The team will only send one follow-up message regarding the quote.Once the development is accepted, the deposit or 'kickstarting fee' must be paid before any work can continue. We'll be transparent about draft ETAs and when you can expect updates. A Monday update every Monday until the project is finalized is already in our workflow. Most drafts are shared at the 80% completion mark, and we rarely extend our timeline or push past the original deadline agreed by both parties.
Believe it or not, we actually have amazing and trackable success at the earlier stages of an evaluation. This means, our clients are more likely to be shortlisted if you ran an A/B test. Shortlisting is a privileged state. However, your bill rate and how well you position the approach/company will speak more than the template style.
